Overview
Enumerate is a software company whose products and services simplify the process of posting, maintaining, working with, presenting and analyzing numerical data online.

The Challenge
Enumerate's executive team wanted to transition the organization from a product-focused company to a solutions-focused company. They needed a firm to help rework the content on their corporate Web site to better support their overall marketing and sales efforts. Experience by Design was engaged to develop a strategy, design and messaging for the Enumerate corporate Web site that reflected the company's new direction, supported sales efforts and fully leveraged the capabilities of the Web.

The Solution
Experience by Design worked closely with members of Enumerate's executive team to develop a vision, strategy and high-level requirements for the Web site redesign. They wanted it to be more in line with the company's goals and the needs of the target audience. Experience by Design leveraged the findings and its experience creating "best of breed" Web sites to create strategy and design documents to guide development. These included an audience profile to identify target users and their primary needs; experience flows to map user experience with key features of the site; and wireframes and visual comps detailing screen layout, used for stakeholder review and approval prior to the outset of development work. Once approved, Experience by Design provided the required project management, content development, art production, and HTML and PHP coding services to implement the desired enhancements to the Web site for an on-time and on-budget delivery..

The Result
Enumerate has a well-organized, streamlined Web site that is easy to navigate. It presents marketing and technical information about the company's products and services in compelling and effective ways that are aligned with the executive team's strategic vision-and the target audience's information needs.
